Hi,
I moved my stuff to a new machine and uninstalled the license from the old machine. However, on trying to install the license on the new machine I get the licenses excess error.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks |

If you need to move the license to another machine then you need to contact support@infralution.com and provide details of your license. _________________ Infralution Support |

I already uninstalled the license from my old machine by Extras->License->Uninstall license.
What else needed I to do?
Thanks |

Uninstalling a license does not automatically remove the authentication and therefore allow you to install on another machine If it did it would make circumventing the licensing relatively easy (by taking an image of the machine, uninstalling the license then restoring the image). We can remove the authentication if you contact us with your details. _________________ Infralution Support |
