I want to show a textbox in Cell, How can I do this?

1. Right click on the Virtual Tree and select the Edit Virtual Tree menu. 2. Select the Editors tab and then click the Add button
3. Select System.Windows.Forms.TextBox as the editor control
4. Select the Columns tab and select the column you want the editor associated with. Select the CellEditor you just created.
Instead of associating the editor with a whole column you can also set the CellEditor for an individual CellBinding by selecting the Data Binding tab and then expanding a row binding and selecting the cell binding. This is useful when you don't want the editor displayed for every row.
TextBoxes automatically set their height if Multiline is false. If you want the text box to appear to fill the cell then you need to either set Multiline to false or turn the TextBox borders off. Another alternative is to use Infralutions Universal Edit Box control (which comes with VirtualTree). If you set AutoSize to false for this control it will fill the cell. _________________ Infralution Support |
