I received the following error/warning when building my app in VS2005. I am using the Licensing source code (not the dll) in my application.

Warning A namespace or class definition was found within a conditional compilation directive in the file "LicenseInstallForm.vb". This may lead to an incorrect choice for the manifest resource name for resource "LicenseInstallForm.resx".

You can safely ignore this warning. It is due to the use of the conditional compilation statements used to determine whether the license classes are declared as public or private. If it really annoys you then you can simply remove the conditional statements (and removing the public declaration).
