Hi!

I've tried different connection strings now to connect LicenseTracker either to a local SQL Express or remote SQL Server 2005 database and it always failed with an exception.

One time it said it could not login (depending on setting of 'Integrated Security') or it had problems with OLEDB or COM layers.

I've given up!
Current version 3.4.0 is installed. Database 'License' is created.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Best Regards,

If you could post the exact error messages you are receiving that might help us diagnose the problem. Are you using the connection strings in app.sqlserver.config as a basis for your config file?

See http://www.infralution.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=152 for more information about setting up SQL server.
