I am using IPN.NET as well, and wanted to try and import the sales data that IPN.NET had emailed me. I defined myself as a distributor, copied the XML into the "Sale Import" definition, and then clicked on Outlook->Import Sales from Inbox. Then the following exception appeared:
(Is there another way to get data from IPN.NET into the license tracker?)

Have you got Outlook (not Outlook Express) installed on the same computer? If so what is the version of Outlook you are using?
You can also save the attachment from the email and then use the "Import Sales" menu to import the data from the file. _________________ Infralution Support |

I do indeed have Outlook on the same computer. I'm not quite sure what you mean by that though, since I need it installed in order to try to import it.
I've got Outlook 2003 (11.8010.8107) SP2.
I'd really rather not have to try and import each one individually, as there are (luckily), quite a few sales. |

Do you by any chance have Norton Anti-Virus installed - this typically disables automation of Microsoft Outlook see the FAQ on this:
