Hi,

I have tried to apply Infralution License to my ASP.NET control. But I encountered a troublesome problem.

When I drag my control to web application in VS2005 environment, it will appear the license install form as expect. After I input correctly license key, the install form will save the .lic file to Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\myWebApplicaton\.... Then when I use EncryptedLicense license = provider.GetLicense(_licenseFileName); to get the license, it will return null because the .lic file is located in ASP.NET cache.

How can I install the license file (.lic) in my Web Application directory?

Generally for controls you are better off installing the license key in the Common Application Data directory to avoid this sort of issue. See the thread below for more information:
