Locking to a name would seem to be fairly common licensing strategy. So, how about adding to the license install form an optional text box and user-configurable label for a Name field? That way, the developer could implement name-locking without having to derive their own license install form.

Thanks for the suggestion. We could probably include an additional derived license install form which did this.
