To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

I think that the LicenseTracker application handles this possibility - but we will check. We will also fix the issue in the simple License Key Generator.

If you are lucky enough to sell more than 65534 copies of a particular version of your software (ie for a given product/password) then the serial number will restart.
