I'm evaluating your software and it looks very nice (simplicity is so underrated these days). It's also nice to see you're letting a community evolve with the forums. This gives developers more confidence to jump in. Now on to the suggestion:
It would be fantasitc to have License Tracker functionality available via the web.
Currently I don't see any way to let more than one user manage keys unless you write custom code to access the database. For example at the least you will usually want a developer and a sales person to be users.
I'm not sure of the best way to do it - .ASX pages that we could install on our web site maybe?
Anyway, multi-user would be a great thing.
Keep up the good work - |

Thanks for the suggestion. One of our customers has actually developed something like this and was considering marketing it. We'll contact them to let them know your potential interest. _________________ Infralution Support |

Has there been any progress on this? I am also interested in something similar. |

It is possible to run the License Tracker with multiple users - either by configuring it use the optional SQL Server backend or by placing the Access License.mdb file on a shared drive and modifying the LicenseTracker.exe.config file to point to the shared database.
I will get the customer who has developed the ASP web interface to contact you. _________________ Infralution Support |

My company, RattleSoft, is currently creating and will be testing a new software developer suite designed to extend where License Tracker left off.
The application suite, Atrox Suite, will use Infralution Licensing and will offer web access, and user authentication (Active Directory, LDAP, or custom SQL based).
Basically, it will offer:
- Update Service (Web service)
- Activation Service (Web service)
- License manager
- Web license manager
Like I said, it will use Infralution Licensing.
Expect a beta in November. _________________ Tyler J. McDowall

To clarify, it would still require a valid Infralution Licensing System license to work. Since it's simply a front end to help manage ILS licenses and products developers create.
Hopefully that clears everyone up. _________________ Tyler J. McDowall
