|
|
Hello,
I have a product which I would like to sell for a Price (let's say 100) that includes first year usage.
After a year I wish to set the renewal for a smaller fee (let's say 10).
Is there a way to do it ?
I looked at product variant but it does not quite allow that or have I missed something?
Thank you |

Are you wanting to automate this with IPN.NET? _________________ Infralution Support |

If you are using PayPal subscription for both the initial payment period and subsequent renewals then IPN.NET can handle this by defining a product variant with the same IPN item number but a different price and expiry days. Support for this was introduced in Version 4.0.0
If you want the first payment to be a one off purchase AND then you have an option to purchase a subscription then this is not something that can currently be handled automatically by IPN.NET because it has no way of correlating the original purchase to the renewal. You could potentially implement something by having the customer enter their existing license key as part of the purchase. You would need to purchase the IPN.NET source code and modify it to handle this. _________________ Infralution Support |
