Sorry for the newbie question..
I would like to use a floating license using License service without authentication, and without periodical check of the license. It is possible?

You could certainly use a simple Encrypted License for licensing the floating license server. You would just need to change the license provider (and license parameters) in the LicenseServer to use the EncryptedLicenseProvider.

However unless you provide some other method of locking the licenses you issue to the machine then your customers can potentially just install the same license key on another license server machine to allow more licensed users.
