|
|
I just started with Infralution Licensing. I did all the testing and learning with a server on localhost. Now I´ve installed the authentication server on my hosting provider, and when I try to conect configure server with remote database I get an error:
Server was unable to process request ---> Invalid License Tracker Key.
I created a new clean License Tracker Database.
What should I do?[/img] |

The most likely reason is that when you configured the new Authentication Server you selected the "Use new Configuration Key" option. This option should generally only be selected if there is some reason why you need change the encryption key used secure communication between License Tracker and the authentication server. Before selecting this option you must run the authentication server Install.aspx page (in a browser) and select the "Reset Configuration Key" option to tell the authentication server to accept the new configuration key from License Tracker.
To fix your issue run the Install.aspx page in a browser (you may need to upload it again) and select the Reset Configuration Key option. Then from License Tracker use the Authentication > Configure Server menu to configure the server (without selecting the New Configuration Key option). _________________ Infralution Support |
