How Web.config optional settings ("SuppressSubscriptionRenewalEmails" etc) are configured if it's encrypted after installation?

Currently you can't configure those settings with the encrypted option. This is something we will look at fixing for the next release.

Version 4.0.4 has now been released and fixes this issue.

You need to set the options in the unencrypted Web.Config (before running the Install.aspx page) - the options are then preserved when the Web.Config is encrypted.
