Hi
I'm using ILS 6.01. A couple of times over the last couple of weeks, including again 5 mins ago, I've attempted to start ILS and am told the license is not applied. I've had to reactivate my license key again to apply the license. It seems to work for a few days and then forget again!
What could be going on here as haven't seen in previous versions and nothing is changing on my PC. Are you changing anything at your end?

We have just tracked down the source of this problem. It is related to the web hosting we are currently using for our Authentication Server. We are in the process of moving the Authentication Server to a new host to fix the issue. _________________ Infralution Support |
