Hi:
Licensed and working through installing IPN remotely on a GoDaddy server.
I'm hosting ILS on the same server and I'm trying to share the SQL database between the 2 applications.
Working through the installer, everything is fine until it goes to upgrade my existing DB at which point I get this error:

Any ideas?
Thx |

IPN.NET can be configured to connect directly to the main License Tracker database (if it is accessible) or to its own standalone database. The ILS Authentication Server is similar. IPN.NET cannot however be configure to connect to the Authentication Server standalone database - which is what you are trying to do. If your License Tracker database is on your local machine/network and is not accessible from GoDaddy then you will need to configure IPN.NET to use its own separate database. _________________ Infralution Support |

Ah. Understood. Sorry for the confusion. I high level architectural diagram would be a big help for those of us who aren't super familiar with the system.
Just a friendly suggestion. Thanks for the prompt support. |
