Dear Globalizer support team,

How can I (easily) find out from which of several loaded TMX files a translation suggestion originates?

Background of this question is the following:
In our project we develop an add-on to an existing 'parent application'. So when translating the UI we need to respect both the parent application's terminology (loaded as one TMX file) and our own terminology (loaded as a second and third TMX file at the same time).
Now given the case there is a contradiction and in such cases we want our translators to use our terminology rather than the parent application's - how can the translator find out which translation suggestion comes from which of the loaded TMX files?
Our current workaround is to unload one/two of the TMX and see which of the translation suggestions is still prompted - which is a rather brute force approach, not efficient at all and pretty fault-prone.

Thanks in advance for some helpful hints.
With best regards
Agnes M.

There isn't an easy way to see this at the moment. We could probably add a tooltip to the Lookup window that would allow you to hover over a translation and see the source translation memory. Would this satisfy your requirement.

Yes, I think this would be sufficient - it would be great if that could be implemented for e.g. 3.5.4!
Thank you very much for the prompt answer and this suggestion.

Yes I think we should be able to include that in the next release within a week or so.

Globalizer 3.5.4 has just been released and includes this feature.
