I'm having an issue where Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters are displaying as little squares in Globalizer 3.5.3.0 on Windows 7 Professional SP1.

Is it possible that I have an encoding issue or a font issue?

This sounds like a problem with your operating system. By default Windows 7 should have support for display Chinese and east asian characters. Check out the following web page in Internet Explorer:

Are the chinese characters displayed correctly?
