Hi,
I've also sent an email to support@infralution.com but it seems the email doesn't get through.
I've an issue with the LicenseTracker. I moved to a new machine and now I cannot activate the LicenseTracker because I've reached the max. number of installations. I've uninstalled the license prior on the old machine but it still doesn't work.
What can I do. I desperately need that on my new machine (the old one is gone).

We've now resolved this for you. It's worth noting however that if you are replacing your machine (or installing a new operating system) then if you keep the name of the computer the same then you will be able to reinstall your license key (or restore your license file) without using an authentication and running into the max number of installations problem. _________________ Infralution Support |
