If you are installing the Authentication Server (using the Install.aspx page) on a website running 64 bit IIS and you select the Access database then you may receive the following error:

Connection Error: The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.


This error occurs because the Microsoft Access (JET) drivers are not supported in 64 bit mode. The simplest solution in this case is to create and use an SQL Server database instance for the Authentication database.
