Hi,
We are using custom cultures, as explained here, in some of our projects.
I'm not able to add a custom culture as a target in Globalizer though. It is visible in the list of cultures. But when I try to add it I get the following exception.
Exception: System.ArgumentException
Description: Culture ID 4096 (0x1000) is not a supported culture.
Parameter name: culture
Stack Trace:
at System.Globalization.CultureInfo..ctor(Int32 culture, Boolean useUserOverride)
at Infralution.Globalizer.Workspace.AddCulture(CultureInfo culture)
at Infralution.Globalizer.CultureAddDialog.AddSelectedCultures()
at Infralution.Globalizer.CultureAddDialog.OnClosed(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.CheckCloseDialog(Boolean closingOnly)
The problem is that all custom cultures share the ID 4096. So it is not possible to create them using the constructor that takes the ID.
Thanks |

We will look at adding support for custom cultures in the next minor release of Globalizer 3. _________________ Infralution Support |

Thanks.
Do you have any information when you're scheduling a new release? |

We hope to have another release (with support for custom cultures) before the end of the year. _________________ Infralution Support |

We have just released Version 3.1.1 of Globalizer that fixes this issue and allows you to use Custom Cultures. You can download it from our downloads page _________________ Infralution Support |
