I keep getting the following error whenever I try to build a windows form application that uses virtual tree.
Error 1 Exception occurred creating type 'Infralution.Controls.UniversalEditBox, Infralution.Controls, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3e7e8e3744a5c13f' System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Infralution.Controls.DropDownButton' threw an exception. ---> System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\AccountsDB\AccountsDB\Properties\licenses.licx 2 AccountsDB
I have checked the license file in the properties folder and it look the same as when it was working under 1.1. Its contents are as follows.
Infralution.Controls.VirtualTree.VirtualTree, Infralution.Controls.VirtualTree, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3e7e8e3744a5c13f
Infralution.Controls.UniversalEditBox, Infralution.Controls, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3e7e8e3744a5c13f
Any insight? |

Looks like the problem is with UniversalEditBox not VirtualTree. We have only just been able to get hold of a copy of the release version of .NET2 - although there were no issues under Beta 2. We plan to get testing and have any issues resolved within the week. _________________ Infralution Support |

This issue (which was due to changes between the beta 2 version of .NET and the final release) has now been fixed in Version 2.3.0. This version also adds fixes for some performance issues introduced in the final release of .NET 2.0 with drawing icons. See the release notes for more details. _________________ Infralution Support |
