For a grid with three columns, I added three localization strings:

gridHeaderColFoo = "Some Header"
gridHeaderColBar = ""
gridHeaderColBaz = ""

So currently, only the first header is used; the other two columns have an empty header.

Importing the project into Globalizer.Net, I correctly find the three entries.

If I now click "Build all", and check "Build invariant files" then the empty invariant entries are not put back into the resources file. In particular, when I click "Scan all", the two values are now marked as "Scan status: unused".

Could you possibly put together a sample project and Globalizer workspace that demonstrates the problem and email it to support@infralution.com - that would help us track down the issue.
