Curious: Is Language="{UICulture}" only needed at design time or at runtime as well?

If the former then there would be no need to have it at all in case I would be fine with designing in default language only, correct? There then would not be any need to deploy Infralution.Localization.WPF, correct?

If my thought process is accurate then this would be a valuable option for future Globalizer releases.

The Language="{UICulture}" property sets the underlying xml:lang property and controls the behavior of hyphenation, spell checking, number substitution, complex script shaping, and font fallback (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms788718.aspx). It should be there at runtime - but actually in many cases with western languages you might not notice if it was missing.

The Infralution.Localization.Wpf assembly also defines the ResxExtension - so you must have it at runtime.
