Hi,

I got a new computer and want to move my Globalizer.NET license. I clicked the "Uninstall License" button on my old computer and then tried to install it on my new one, but I get a message that the number of activations has been exceeded.

Does this make sense? How can I uninstall the license from my old computer correctly?

If you are replacing a computer then if you set the computer name of the new computer to the name of your old computer then you will be able to install the license without any issue. If you really need to change your computer name then you need to contact support@infralution.com and we can organise that for you.

Uninstalling does not automatically release a license - as unfortunately that would make it too easy for someone to replicate licenses by taking a snapshot of their system uninstalling their license and then restoring after installing the license elsewhere.
