Infralution has found an issue in the current version of Globalizer.NET (2.3.0). If the computer has the .NET 4 Framework Client Profile installed (instead of the full Framework) then you may see an FileNotFoundException (related to the System.Web assembly) when opening a workspace. This occurs because the Client Profile does not include all assemblies required by Globalizer.NET. There are two possible solutions:
- Open Globalizer.NET and use the Tools->Option menu to set the .NET Framework used by Globalizer.NET to .NET Framework 2/3
- Download and install the Full .NET 4 Framework from Microsoft
If you are using Globalizer.NET to localize a .NET 4 application then you should take the second option.

This issue has now been fixed in Version 2.3.1 of Globalizer.NET. If a machine has only .NET 4 Client Profile installed then Globalizer.NET will default to using the .NET 2/3 Framework and a message is displayed if you attempt to change to use .NET 4 Framework to tell you to install the Full Framework.
