I am trying to get a tutorial on what i am supposed to do with this test tool. |

IPN.NET help integrates with and uses the Visual Studio help system. It requires Visual Studio to be installed. Since you need Visual Studio installed to be able to run the local development website server with the IPN.NET server this is not usually an issue. If you are just interested in using the IPN.NET Test Tool and don't have Visual Studio installed then let us know (at support@infralution.com) and we can send the raw HTML files for the help.
