Hello, I got the latest version tree control, and have input the right license, and the tree control worked well in a .net project. But after reinstall operation system, then input the right license (twice) when the first build for the .net project. but an error always shown: Could not load file or assembly 'Infralution.Controls.VirtualTree' or noe of its dependencies.Invalid Pointer. Do you have any idea? Thanks. |

This is almost certainly not a licensing issue (I have moved the topic from the Licensing support group). When are you getting the error? When you build the application or when you run it?
If it is when running, do you have Virtual Tree install on the machine you are running on?
It could be a reference issue. I would probably try deleting the references in the Visual Studio project and re-adding them. _________________ Infralution Support |

Hi, Thank you for your answer.
1-Reinstall operation system.
2-registe the tree control
3-open the project which used the tree control.
4-build the project.
5-during the build process, the form which for inputing serial number will pop up twice
6-input the serial number.
7-build failed.
thanks. |

Have you tried deleting the references to Infralution.Controls, Infralution.Common, Infralution.Controls.VirtualTree (and Infralution.RichText if used) and saving and closing the project then reopen and readd them. If you are using VB.NET you will need to use Project->Show All Files to display the references.
If this still isn't working maybe open up one of the sample projects (installed by Virtual Tree setup) and see if they are compiling OK.
Also providing the following information may give us some help:
Operating System (XP, Vista, Windows 7 - 32 or 64bit)?
Visual Studio Version (2005, 2008, 2010 beta)?
Language (VB.NET,C#) _________________ Infralution Support |
