Hi,

Copying duplicates checks for strings in the targets which is good ofcourse.
You should however exclude String.Empty and String.Trim.Length = 0 in you 'Do not copy' conditions because Translate Duplicates does not work with 'empty' targets. And that's a pitty.

Translate Duplicates only translates strings which have not been translated - are you saying that if a translation has been translated but as a blank string that want us to overwrite it?

Hi,

That's indeed the idea.
If you e.g. enter a value in the wrong property and then delete that text, the translation will contain an empty string and will thus not be empty.
(The background will be white in stead of green)

If you make a mistake and enter the wrong translation (and Auto Translate Duplicates is on) then you can undo the translation of duplicates using the Edit->Undo menu (Ctrl-Z). If you undo again it will undo the original edit.

If you want to return a translation to the untranslated state you can also exit the editor (hit enter) and then (with the cell highlighted) hit the delete key. If you sort by the Invariant you can select a range of cells with the same invariant text and use the delete key to return them all to untranslated.
