Hi
As far as I can see I have upgraded IPN.NET correctly from 3-4 but a customer tried to buy yesterday from PayPal and whilst that transaction worked OK he didn't get the key sent and I got the error by email:
[i]Generated using an evaluation version of Infralution IPN Server
Unhandled Exception: LicenseException
Message: The only allowable password in evaluation mode is 'TEST'
Stack Trace:
at Infralution.Licensing.ASP.EncryptedLicenseProvider.GenerateKey(String productInfo, Int32 serialNo)
at Infralution.Licensing.ASP.AuthenticatedLicenseProvider.GenerateKey(String productInfo, Int32 serialNo)
at Infralution.Licensing.Data.Product.CreateLicenseKey(Int32 distributorID, CustomGeneratorData data, Int32 serialNo)
at Infralution.Licensing.Data.Product.CreateLicenseKeys(Int32 distributorID, CustomGeneratorData data, Int32 count)
at IpnServer._Default.ProcessPurchaseItem(Product product, Int32 quantity, Int32 cartItem)
at IpnServer._Default.ProcessSinglePurchaseItem()
at IpnServer._Default.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)
I ran the install again but it says the key is already applied.
What am I doing wrong?
I worked around as well by manually generating and sending him a key in ILS but do I also need to do anything once we fix the main problem to stop IPN sending out the original (and now second) key?

You are accessing the install web page locally (ie via https://localhost) - where as PayPal will be accessing it through a publicly available URL. The license MUST be installed using the same URL as will be used to access it. Try running the Install.aspx page again using the same URL as you have configured PayPal to use. _________________ Infralution Support |
