Save License file for offline authenticated open license file error (The license has not been authenticated.).

This error means you are trying to load a license which has not been authenticated. Are you trying to install an ILS license? If so you can visit http://www.infralution.net/authenticate/AuthenticateFile.aspx to upload the file and download an authenticated license file - or you can email it to support@infralution.com
