I modified the Wpf App Sample to use language-COUNTRY and it compiles and runs as expected. The Infralution Globalizer (Developer Edition) previewer works great but preview in Visual Studio Express 2012 appears only to recognize en-US and reverts to Invariant when I select fr-FR or en-GB. Not a show stopper but it bugs me cause I don't know if I did something to break it or it is broken in VS Express 2012.
I'd happy to zip up my modified Wpf App solution if you like to test it out on your system.

Microsoft have changed the way the WPF designer works in VS 2012. It now runs in its own isolated process (XDesProc.exe). Unfortunately in the process they have broken the ability to change the culture within the Visual Studio designer using the ResxExtension.
