I'm thinking of purchasing a Comodo code signed certificate. Just wondering if I can simply replace the strong name files I currently use with the new certificate.

Strong naming is a different mechanism to code signing. You can't use a code signing certificate instead of a strong name. You can however sign your application executable (produced by the bootstrap project) using your code signing certificate in addition to strong naming.

Ok thanks, you've cleared it up for me. Was a bit confused with where a pfx file fits in.
