Hi Support,

my SQL server is on a box which is backed up everyday using snapshots on a hyper-v. After the snapshot, the license tracker seems to lose the SQL connection and any action fails with an exception. It's not a big deal because a restart of the application solves the issue but I thought I report it here so that you have a chance to improve the experience. I guess re-establishing the SQL connection in that case on your side would make the restart obsolete...
