Hi.
A translator reported that Globalizer fresses and crashes sometimes. Often after he copied something. He is using the latest version under Windows 7 which runs on Mac via Paralels.
Is there some way to provide you additional information like a log file?

The first thing to ensure is that they are using the latest version of Globalizer.NET.
If he is encountering an exception/crash then there is an error screen which allows diagnostic data to be copied to the clipboard. If he can email that information to us it would certainly help. Freezes/hangs are more problematic. In this case if they can tell us exactly what they were doing at the time of the freeze it may help (particularly if the problem is repeatable).
While we do test under VMs a Mac VM is not one of our test configurations. It is possible that the problem is related to this.
