Globalizer processed an XAML file with no translatable strings in and created a corresponding empty RESX file.
Why is that the case?
Thanks |

Globalizer.NET does create a resx file for each potentially localizable XAML file. We will have a look at that for a future release to see whether we could/should change that. In the meantime you can exclude the target from the Globalizer.NET workspace and delete the resx file from the Visual Studio project if you don't want it. _________________ Infralution Support |

Thanks for clarification.
Your suggested approach has the serious disadvantage that I needed to remember to include the file again as a new text string was added, e.g. by modifying the file in VS designer.
This is very prone to errors. |

Yes I would only do this if you know that you will never be localizing that page/window. Otherwise the overhead of the extra empty resx file is negligible and you could just leave it. _________________ Infralution Support |
