Hi
I got an Error 101 in the output window of globalizer when I scan my solution.
Quote: | ** FEHLER E101: Ein Fehler trat während dem Durchsuchen des Ziels ... auf. Dieses Ziel wird nicht durchsucht. Fehler: System.UnauthorizedAccessException Beschreibung: Der Zugriff auf den Pfad "..." wurde verweigert. |
The project is a WPF project. The file is read only and on a local drive. I can open it with notepad without any errors so it is accessable and readable.
It's not an important project for me however I just wanted to let you know about this.
If you need further details let me know.
I also noticed there are a lot bak files of my project are they created by Globalizer?
Regrads

What is the full trace from the output window when this error occurs? What target is being scanned?
The .bak files are created by Globalizer.NET when scanning and converting WPF XAML to use the ResxExtension. If you don't want the backup files created then you can turn this off in the WPF Options from the Scan dialog. _________________ Infralution Support |

Oh I missed something.
What I posted was the second line.
The first is
Quote: | Schreibe Änderungen in ... |
Please note ... is a placeholder for the full path of the project file.
The project file is readonly so I guess this is where the error comes from.
Can you explain me why and what Globalizer is want to change the csproj file?
It is write protected because its checked in to TFS (see my other post for TFS issues ) |

Yes if the Project file is readonly that would cause the problem.
When you translate WPF projects Globalizer.NET converts the XAML to use the ResxExtension (see this Code Project Article for more detail) and puts the localized resources in resx files. These resx files must be added to the project as embedded resources. _________________ Infralution Support |
