Almost there. Our first sale to go through seemed to have worked fine, but when I try to import the sale into License Tracker, I get the following error.

The license key <...> is not a valid key for the product <product name>.

I checked the product info and all seems in order, and I have generated a license key for this particular product from the License Tracker (and authenticated a license with that key).

Any pointers on where to look appreciated. Thanks.

Any ideas on this, it generates invalid keys for different product variations as well.

We have modified and re-compiled Infralution.Licensing.dll (changes to dialogs only). This new version is the one in the IPN bin folder. If it is a different build than the one used by the authentication server would it cause issues?

The most likely reason for this is that the licensing parameters that IPN.NET is using don't match those in your license tracker database. I gather from your previous posts you are including the parameters directly in the IPN.NET code. How did you generate these - did you copy the strings from the IpnSettings.xml file?

Probably a good approach is to get it working using the standard Ipn binaries that we supply with your IpnSettings.xml file. Then once you have that working you can include the settings directly in the code if you want.

Thanks, that was it. Left off an opening tag in the LICENSE_PARAMETERS string. Thanks for all the help and the easy to use products, we're up and running.
