We have embedded our purchase item information in the IPN.dll (Settings constructor). We plan to obfuscate IPN.dll (Dotfuscator Pro) and would like to know if encrypting the license parameter string(s) would cause any issues with IPN? Our IPN setup is used in combination with ILS. |

No I don't think that this should cause any problems. The parameters string will be decrypted by Dotfuscator before it is actually used in a method call - so I think this should be OK. Having said that obfuscator can cause strange issues because they do modify the code - but I'm not aware of anything in IPN.NET that is likely to cause problems. _________________ Infralution Support |
