One of my customers installed the 30 day trial of my product and their trial license instantly expired.

When they launch the app they get the message "Your evaluation is no longer valid".

Do you have any suggestions for me to troubleshoot this issue?

We've got many copies of the app in the wild and haven't seen this issue before.

The client is running 64 bit Windows and their date, time and region is set correctly.

What version of ILS are you using?
Are you using source code or referencing the Infralution.Licensing DLL?

There were some issues in earlier versions of ILS that could cause this symptom in some cases. See the release notes for more details.

You should also check is that you have changed the password that you pass to the RegistryEvaluationMonitor constructor. If you have copied and pasted code from the sample projects and forgot to change the password then this can cause issues.
