|
|
Hi
Ok here is the scenario:
We are currently evaluating two products: ILS and the Globalizer.net. Firstly let me say congratulations on two extremely well designed products.
I am trying to translate the License Validation Form in ILS with the Globalizer.net, but cannot load the Infralution.Licensing.dll into the globalizer. Surely there must be a way. I mean, we are launching a product with and international audience, and it makes no sence having the product in their local language, but when they have to install the license, they have to do so with an english form?
Please assist. I can be contacted at Gustav@infinitytechnology.co.za anytime.
Thanks in advance _________________ That was Toa, this is Zen |

In order to create a Globalizer.NET workspace for localizing an assembly you need to have the source code for it.
For localizing ILS you have two options:
1. When you purchase ILS we provide the source code. Typically you would integrate the required classes and forms directly into your application. It is then straightforward to localize the ILS forms as part of your overall project.
2. If you are willing to act as a translator for ILS we can provide you with a translation workspace for ILS. Once completed we will then build the translations into the standard ILS build. The Infralution.Licensing assembly (containing classes used by your application) currently has French, German and Italian translations. _________________ Infralution Support |

Thanks for the quick response. It would be great to take part and help you guys with the translation of the ILS. I think it will expand your client base as well for the best licensing system on the market.
The translations would of course be determined by our client base, but we are aiming for the following so far:
Afrikaans (South-Africa)
Arabic (UAE)
Arabic (Saudi Arabia)
Romanian (Romania)
Portuguese (Brazil)
Spanish (Colombia)
Korean(Korea)
We will start with the Arabic (Saudi Arabia) version first, as this would be our first client that will user our software.

Great Send an email to support@infralution.com and we will send you a Globalizer.NET package for ILS. I'm assuming that you will only want to translate the classes/forms that the application uses (ie the Infralution.Licensing assembly) not the ILS License Tracker application itself as well? _________________ Infralution Support |

Yes that is correct. We will translate only the dialogues that the clients will see as we will be administrating the package itself.
I will send an email shortly. _________________ That was Toa, this is Zen |
