I set up a SQL Server database on my web hosting service for the Authentication Server. When I run Install.aspx it asks for the server name and the database name but doesn't provide a field for the password (which is required when you set up a new database). I've tried several combinations, including entering the connection string in the database name field, but it either fails to connect or generates a .NET error stack to the effect that the string is not formatted properly.

What should I be entering in the Install.aspx app to connect to the database?
