How to setup Row header (like column header) which contains capital text?

The Row Header by default just shows the focus indicator and the error indicator (if any). If you want to paint something else in the Row Header you will need to create a custom RowHeaderWidget and override the PaintForeground method. See the section in help on custom widgets for more information on how to do this.
