I would to sometimes paste the contents of whats displayed on the treeview into an email or similar. So I imagin if I can get a bitmap image then I could put in to the clipboard so I can paste it into a word document.

Is there an easy way to do this ?

Thanks,
Mike Smile

If you want an image of exactly what is currently displayed on the screen then you are probably best to look at some of the published techniques for grabbing an image from the screen (a search on Google groups should give you these).

If you would like more control over what is on the image then you could use the VirtualTree.Print function. This allows you to print the selected rows to a graphics context. You would create a bitmap and get a graphics context that allows drawing to the bitmap then use the Print method to draw the rows of the tree you wish to print.
