hello,
I want to buy an infralution licensing system with the source code.
If I integrate the source code of the decrypting code in my source code and if i create my own encrypting system.
(I will NOT use the license tracker neither its source code, I will only use the encrypting source code)
The first project which uses the decrypting system will be used by 2 developers.
The second project which uses the encrypting system will be developed by me (one developer), but there my compiled project will be used by 3 users.
How many license have I to buy ?

You need to purchase a license for each developer who will compile an application or DLL that uses our source code or DLL. In this case it sounds like you need license for the 2 developers who build the application that uses the decryption source + a licens for yourself.
