What control do you want to replace it with?
You can override ShowHeaderContextMenu if you want to do something completely different (or just disable the header context menu).
If you just want to customize the menu items (ie add or remove some) then you can use the Add Custom Header Menu action (right click on the control) to add a context menu to your form that you can then customize. _________________ Infralution Support |

Perfect, overriding ShowHeaderContextMenu works fine
I'm replacing it with the third party menu control used in my project.
Can all the functionality of the default context menu be accessed via code? |

You can just call the click event handlers for the menu items:
OnSortAscendingMenuClicked
OnSortDescendingMenuClicked
OnBestFitMenuClicked
OnBestFitAllMenuClicked
OnAutoFitMenuClicked
OnPinnedMenuClicked
ShowColumnCustomizeForm
These are protected so you will need to call them from your derived virtual tree class. The sender and event arguments aren't used. _________________ Infralution Support |
