Hi,

I am trying out the trial version of ILS but am having trouble viewing the help files. Document Explorer will not show them it just keeps crashing. I have VS 2005 installed and that works fine, just the Doc Explorer wont work. It is hard to test the software fully when I cant view the help files! Are they in any other format (i.e. online, pdf etc.)? If not, then can you make them available please. ILS looks like the product for me I just need to be able to test it properly.

We've emailed you the raw html help files. It's not the same as having the document explorer which gives you the contents, index and search facilities - but it will allow to explore the documentation.
