I issue subscription-type licenses with ILS 5.11, so I just set the expiry date and issue the license to the customer. The "Disable Expired Licenses" option is checked in the product.

What is the procedure if the customer renews the subscription? Should I just change the expiry date in License Tracker? Is there any other step necessary here? Do I need to resend the license key to the customer? Thank you.

You can just change the expiry date in License Tracker. When the application code detects an expired license it automatically attempts to reauthenticate the license and so should automatically update. At least this is how it works in version 6. Version 5 is very old and I would probably need to check whether the logic was exactly the same back then.
