We want to migrate a .Net 4.8 WPF project to .Net 5.

Does Globalizer support .Net 5? And will it be able to also migrate once the project is updated?

Is there a plan when this will happen?

Additionally the Infralution.Localization.Wpf.dll should be compiled with .Net Core (.Net5) to avoid deploying the old .Net Framework. When will this be available?

Formal support for .NET 5 is probably a month or two away. The source code for for Infralution.Localization.Wpf is available from CodeProject (https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/35159/WPF-Localization-Using-RESX-Files) - so it would be possible for you to change this prior to that point.
