Malwarebytes recently added a new algorithm that marks encrypted programs as "MachineLearning/Anomalous" -- it doesn't like how the program is constructed. I am now getting false positives on a project that uses .net encryptor. Just a comment, don't think there is anything I can do about it.

You can report the false positive to MalwareBytes. If they are responsible they will want to prevent false positives.
