Licensing a WebControl

I'm having problems licensing a control derived from WebControl. I've removed all the windows form dialogs and simply do a check in the constructor of MyDerivedValidator.Validate(this).

The problem I'm having is that with the licensing attribute or ??? I can't drop the WebControl onto a WebPage.

I'm using ASP.NET 2.0

Sorry,

The licensing is fine; I added another attribute that was not allowed.
